The summer is just around the corner and you know what that means? There’s an avalanche of trailers for films that over budgeted, over bloated and just plain over the top filled with more explosions, destruction and mayhem than a monster truck rally that’s held in downtown Fallujah.

So far, the loudest of the loudest seems to be Will Smith’s superhero comedy “Hancock” about a homeless guy with superpowers whose lack of concern for public property and destruction turns Los Angeles into a more dangerous and dirty place than it already is. Read on for our U.S. patented “Trashed Trailer” take on this stuporman.

00:29 – A kid wakes up Hancock as he sleeps on a public bench. You don’t just wake up random strangers in downtown Los Angeles. He’s lucky he didn’t accidentally wake up an angry, out-of-work Sean Penn.

00:38 – Hancock asks the kid, “What you want, a cookie?” The kid responds, “Hell no, I want a residual check. Turn your head and cough it up, bitch.”

01:14 – Hancock causes a train accident that sends a line of about 15 cars flying off the track. That’s no big deal. To Amtrak, that’s a Tuesday.
